Terms and Conditions

The Class Kills name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Class Kills LLC. By downloading the asset bundle you accept the terms below, which govern all use of these materials.

1. Licence. Class Kills LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to reproduce these assets solely to identify or refer to Class Kills. No other rights are granted.
2. Permitted use. Editorial and news coverage, approved partner and venue marketing, event listings and promotional material for engagements Class Kills is contracted to perform, and internal or educational reference.
3. Restrictions. Do not alter the marks. That includes recoloring outside the approved palette above, stretching, rotating, cropping, adding effects or outlines, reducing the specified clear space, combining the mark with other logos or text to form a new mark, or recreating it in another typeface.
4. No endorsement. These assets may not be used to state or imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with Class Kills without prior written permission, nor as any part of your own product, service, company, domain, or social account name.
5. Merchandise and resale. The marks may not be applied to merchandise or any item offered for sale, licensed onward, or redistributed as part of an asset library, template, or design tool without prior written permission.
6. Context. The marks may not be used in a manner that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or that a reasonable person would find disparaging to Class Kills, its artists, its clients, or its partners.
7. Ownership and revocation. All rights, title, and goodwill in the marks remain with Class Kills LLC. This licence may be revoked at any time; on notice you agree to stop using the assets and remove them from circulating materials where reasonably practicable.
8. As provided. Assets are supplied “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Your use of them is also subject to our Terms of Use.
