Join us while we’re building something special.

Class Kills is an experience company.

We produce live entertainment, hospitality experiences, creative services, technology platforms, and operational systems that help our clients create memorable moments for their customers. Behind every event is a team of people passionate about building something exceptional—not just for today, but for the long term.

We’re still in an exciting stage of growth. That means the people who join us today won’t simply inherit processes—they’ll help create them. Every workflow you improve, every system you build, and every problem you solve will shape how our company operates for years to come.

If you enjoy bringing order to complexity, building better ways of working, and helping a growing business scale with confidence, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role

The Financial Operations Analyst owns the day-to-day financial operations of Class Kills while continuously improving how finance works across the company.

You’ll oversee the accounting lifecycle—from invoices and reconciliations to month-end close and financial reporting—while helping leadership better understand the financial health of the business through reliable reporting, job costing, and operational insights.

This is not a CFO role. You won’t be responsible for fundraising, investor relations, or executive financial strategy. Instead, you’ll own the operational accounting engine that keeps the business accurate, organized, and ready to grow.

Our Hiring Philosophy

We’re looking for people who are curious, accountable, and genuinely excited about helping build something meaningful.

Experience matters, but attitude, integrity, and a willingness to learn matter even more. We hire people who take ownership, enjoy solving difficult problems, and care about the success of the team as much as their own.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear your story.
