Class Kills proudly provided complete audiovisual production for the RWJBarnabas Health Community Medical Center Continuing Medical Education (CME) Conference, supporting a full day of presentations from nationally recognized physicians, neurosurgeons, neurologists, vascular surgeons, and healthcare specialists. The conference featured educational sessions covering acute stroke management, neurovascular intervention, epilepsy, neurosurgery, spinal surgery, vascular surgery, palliative care, radiosurgery, and the latest innovations in neuroscience and patient care.

Our production team delivered a turnkey AV solution designed for a professional medical conference environment. Services included multiple large-format presentation displays positioned throughout the ballroom, professional wireless microphone systems for presenters and audience Q&A, crystal-clear audio reinforcement, and dedicated technical staff to ensure flawless execution. A lead A1 Audio Engineer managed microphone coordination and speech intelligibility, while a dedicated V1 Video Engineer monitored and operated every PowerPoint presentation, embedded video, live link, and multimedia cue throughout the event.
